Doreen Paddock got an idea for making hypo allergenic treats because of her experience with a German Shepherd foster dog named Gage.
When Doreen picked Gage up from the shelter she was told that his owners did not want to deal with his allergies and left him at the vet's office saying they didn't have them money to spend on his care.
